Synopsis
In the Forez, in the east of the Massif Central, Frances, Claudette, 75 years old, and her neighbors, all peasant farmes from a rural underclass, feel that consumerist society is ignoring them while at the same time gradually taking over what remains of their cultural heritage and know-how. But Claudette, Jean Clément and Christiane do not intend to be pushed around.

Christophe Agou
Christophe wins the European Photograph Publisher Award in 2010 for his book Face au Silence. He has published and exhibited photographs in international magazines (Life, Newsweek…) and galleries (MoMa, Jeu de paume, Bnf…) He passed away at the age of 45, just after finishing the editing of No Farewells. In 2011, Christophe photographed and filmed tindersticks European tour.
