Synopsis
Shortage of water is common in Tirana, Albania. Therefore, reserves of water are located in the rooftops of the houses. Two young men are stealing water on the roof of their building. The owner of the water deposit appears and angrily runs towards them. They fight until they realize they are from the same town. The three of them now get the water from another deposit.

Eneos Carka
Eneos Çarka concluded his Undergraduate studies at the University of Arts of Albania in the Film & TV Direction degree. As a student, he created two short documentaries and one short fiction film. His documentaries have been screened in various international film festivals where they have received recognition and several awards.

Due to his excellent academic achievements, he won a full scholarship from the Albanian government to continue his further studies. He is now a student at University College London in the Master programme of Film Studies.
