Diego Montaño
Diego Montaño was born on October 21, 1997 in Mexico City. He currently resides in his hometown. At 8 years of age, he showed a strong aptitude and inclination for music, quickly mastering instruments such as drums, piano and guitar. Later he produced his own digital musical works. He has about 50 long-form songs composed and recorded by himself. At 17 he entered the degree in Film at the Universidad de la Comunicación. He has directed academic short films that are distinguished by his search for authorial and personal narrative. At 19, he premiered Mother of Chaos (2017), Here is the vulgar is his second short film that competes in the official selection of the Black Canvas Contemporary Film Festival.
